Joseph Caprara

Joseph is the senior partner of Caprara Brown LLP. He leads Personal Injury Department and Criminal Department at CBLAW. Joseph is known to tenaciously advocate on behalf of his client's. He has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience throughout the province of Ontario.

Education

Joseph received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Windsor in 2001, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002. Joseph practices in the area of Civil, Criminal, and Administrative Law, with a primary interest in Personal Injury Litigation.

Joseph brings to the firm over 20 years experience in Personal Injury Law. Joseph portfolio includes a wide range of complex personal injury claims, representing clients with numerous injuries and conditions. Joseph's expertise includes:
