Jared has developed expertise providing advice, counsel, and representation to businesses and individuals in employment related matters including contracts, termination, fiduciary duties, and non-competition/non-solicitation issues.
Jared acts on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants in disputes arising under the Commercial Tenancy Act and interpretation of lease contracts. Jared regularly assists businesses and individual shareholders in navigating shareholder disputes and business succession issues.
